The purpose of this training is to provide vehicle operators, pedestrians, and anyone taxiing or towing aircraft with the level of training necessary to operate safety on the airfield.
Individuals requiring movement area access at the Manassas Regional Airport must be properly trained in accordance with the Airport’s Rules and Regulations.
The Manassas Regional Airport is a general aviation airport and a designated reliever airport for the Washington DC metro area. The airport is home to a variety of operations; flight schools, maintenance stations, charter companies, research and development firms, and full service fixed-based operators. General aviation airports, like Manassas, do not offer any scheduled airline service.
