A GROUND LEASE TO CONSTRUCT VARIOUS SIZED AIRCRAFT HANGARS AT THE MANASSAS REGIONAL AIRPORT Pursuant to §15.2-2101 of the Code of Virginia, the City of Manassas is hereby notifying the public of its intent to lease public property in excess of five years. The City of Manassas is accepting proposals for the right to use, for a term of up to forty (40) years, lots at the Manassas Regional Airport consisting of Lot W1 (± 1.0 acres) and Lot W2 (±5.1 acres) located at 10501 Observation Road, Manassas, VA, on the north west side of the Airport.
