Highway Tolls: I-66, I-95, and I-495 have express lane tolls and tolls inside the Capital Beltway. Virginia DOT Tolls maybe paid using EZ-Pass.

From Washington, DC: 

Take I-66 West to exit 44(VA 234 S - Prince William Parkway/Manassas/Dumfries). Continue on VA 234 South for 6 miles, then make a right on Clover Hill Road. Turn right onto Harry J. Parrish Boulevard and continue until the intersection with Wakeman Drive. The Airport Terminal will be straight ahead.  Note: If you are Driving on I-66 inside the Capital Beltway during weekday rush hours you may be charged a toll. From Richmond, VA: 

Take I-95 North to exit 152B(VA 234 N - Manassas). Continue on VA 234 North for 17 miles, then make a left on Clover Hill Road. Turn right onto Harry J. Parrish Boulevard and continue until the intersection with Wakeman Drive. The Airport Terminal will be straight ahead.

From Winchester, VA:

Take US-50 East for 17 miles, then turn right onto US-17 South. Continue on US-17 South for 8 miles, then merge onto I-66 East. Continue on I-66 East to exit 44(VA 234 S - Prince William Parkway/Manassas/Dumfries). Continue on VA 234 South for 6 miles, then make a right on Clover Hill Road. Turn right onto Harry J. Parrish Boulevard and continue until the intersection with Wakeman Drive. The Airport Terminal will be straight ahead.

From Charlottesville, VA: 

Take US-29 North for 58 miles, then turn right onto VA-28 North. Continue on VA-28 North for 28 miles, then make a right turn on Pennsylvania Road. Take the next left onto Carolina Drive, then a right at the end onto Gateway Boulevard. Cross the train tracks and continue on Wakeman Drive. The Airport Terminal will be on your right. 

From Roanoke, VA: 

Take I-81 North to exit 300(I-66 E - Front Royal/Washington). Continue on I-66 East to exit 44(VA 234 S - Prince William Parkway/Manassas/Dumfries). Continue on VA 234 South for 6 miles, then make a right on Clover Hill Road. Turn right onto Harry J. Parrish Boulevard and continue until the intersection with Wakeman Drive. The Airport Terminal will be straight ahead.
