Rent is due the 1^st of each month Invoices are billed a month in advance. Please note that invoices and statements will be sent from noreply@manassasva.gov. To receive these, add this email address to your safe sender list. Also, check your spam/junk folders.

Automatic debit can be setup through the Treasurers Office by contacting them.

Hangar Waiting List

At this time, there are no vacant City-Owned hangars. The staff would be happy to place your name on our waiting list. Depending on vacancies, individuals placed on the waiting list should expect a wait time of 2 1/2 to 3 years. To be placed on the waiting list, please review the waiting list policy and submit your application. A refundable deposit is required.
